How do I set up my first AI agent?

Setting up your first AI agent is simple. After signing in to your account, navigate to the "AI Agents" section from the main dashboard. Click on "Create New Agent" and follow the step-by-step wizard. You'll need to select the agent type, configure its behavior parameters, and connect any necessary data sources. How is my subscription billed?

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose. Annual plans come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe, and you'll be automatically charged on the same day each month/year. You can upgrade your plan at any time, and we'll prorate the difference. Downgrading is also possible but will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I customize my AI agent's behavior?

Yes, all of our AI agents are fully customizable. You can adjust their behavior, tone, response patterns, and decision-making parameters through our intuitive configuration interface. For advanced users, we also offer a scripting interface where you can define custom logic using our simple scripting language. Additionally, Pro and Enterprise plans include access to our API, allowing you to programmatically control and customize your agents.

What happens if I exceed my API call limit?

If you exceed your monthly API call limit, you'll be charged for additional usage at our overage rates. These rates are calculated on a per-thousand-calls basis and vary depending on your subscription plan. Basic plans have higher overage rates, while Enterprise plans enjoy more favorable rates. To avoid unexpected charges, we provide usage alerts when you reach 80% and 95% of your limit. You can also set up custom alerts or upgrade your plan at any time to increase your limit.

Is my data secure with your AI agents?

Data security is our top priority. All data processed by our AI agents is encrypted both in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption protocols. We are SOC 2 Type II certified and GDPR compliant. Your data is never used to train our models without explicit consent, and you retain full ownership of all your data. Enterprise customers can also opt for dedicated instances with enhanced security features and custom data retention policies.
